Management Team

Founder & Executive Chairman

Jaime J. Conesa

As founder of Trimteck, Jaime led the company through its various iterations since its inception in 2004, and grew the firm into a full-service flow control solutions provider. He guided the company’s strategic course, and was responsible for its exponential growth in revenue and capacity.

Prior to starting Trimteck, Jaime spent 21 years at Honeywell (NYSE:HON), as President and General Manager of its Industrial and Building Automation businesses in Latin America and EMEA. He was a member of the Council of the Americas and sits on several boards in the U.S. and abroad. In June 2023, Jaime retired from day-to-day operations, but he remains engaged in the role of Executive Chairman.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Northrop University, and an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from INSEAD.

Christian J. Conesa

Christian had been a valued advisor to Trimteck since its beginnings in 2004, designing and implementing our ISO 9001 quality management system and vetting vendors and distributors for our supply chain. He joined us full-time in 2011 with a mandate to develop the organization into a scalable player in the control valve market.

Throughout his tenure, Christian has focused on listening and learning as much as possible about the requirements and pain points of control valve customers, and building a strong, agile business designed to delight channel partners and end-users alike. As of June 2023, Christian was promoted to President of Trimteck.

Christian holds a B.S. from Boston College and a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
